Baku: A memorandum has been signed between the Baku Initiative Group and the International Sikh Federation, APA reports. The document was signed by Abbas Abbasov, Executive Director of the Baku Initiative Group, and Bual Moninder Singh, Chairman of the Canadian Sikh Federation. The signing took place within the framework of an international conference held in Baku, focusing on June 1984 events in Amritsar and India's actions against ethnic minorities in the context of genocide.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the memorandum aims to regulate relations in the academic sphere between the two organizations.
