Baku: The Baku State University (BDU) and China’s Anhui Agricultural University (AAU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The agreement was formalized by Elchin Babayev, Rector of BDU, and Cao Haiqun, President of AAU.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the meeting focused on establishing strategic cooperation in education and scientific research. The discussions included academic collaboration between the two universities at various levels, including undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies. Both parties emphasized the importance of joint research projects and the exchange of teachers and students.

Additionally, the universities agreed on the joint use of resources for agricultural research. They also plan to organize seminars and conferences and pursue cooperation on mutual innovation initiatives.
