Baku State University (BSU) and Trkiye's Bayburt University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance cooperation in education and research between the two universities. The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Bayburt University Rector Mutlu Trkmen. The memorandum included plans for the exchange of students, researchers, and academic staff. Founded in 2008, Bayburt University is one of Trkiye's prestigious higher education institutions.
