Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Rafal Poborski, the outgoing Ambassador of Poland to the country, as he concluded his diplomatic mission in the country. During the meeting, the sides discussed the bilateral and regional cooperation agenda between Azerbaijan and Poland. The two highlighted the high-level contacts and meetings that have advanced cooperation based on friendship, respect, and strategic partnership. They noted that Azerbaijan and Poland enjoy broad prospects for bilateral relations across political, economic, energy, alternative energy, humanitarian, educational, and other domains. The parties stressed the importance of political consultations and parliamentary diplomacy in the development of relations. Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized the significance of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), which will be held in Azerbaijan this year, for the further development of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
