Baku: On December 23, the 2nd Azerbaijan-Trkiye Investment Forum will be held in Baku with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Trade of Trkiye. Co-organized by the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) and the Trkiye-Azerbaijan Businessmen and Industrialists Public Union (T€š¬¦‚¬Å¡¬€¦‚¬Å“IB), the event is expected to draw a significant number of participants.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Tural Hajili, AZPROMO Deputy Executive Director, stated that more than 500 participants from both countries are anticipated to attend. These include senior government officials, representatives of state institutions, business leaders, entrepreneurs’ associations, and chambers. The forum is considered strategically important for enhancing economic integration between Azerbaijan and Trkiye, expanding business cooperation, and presenting new investment opportunities.
This year’s forum features a broader program, reflecting the growing economic collaboration between the two nations. The agenda includes an opening ceremony, signing ceremony, investment presentations, and six thematic panel discussions. Topics range from interregional trade and logistics corridors to energy transformation and sustainable urban planning.
Additionally, there will be visits organized to industrial parks, free economic zones, and logistics centers. These visits aim to familiarize Turkish companies with key sectors of Azerbaijan’s economy and its industrial and logistics infrastructure.
