Baku: The capital city of Baku is set to host the international conference and exhibition 'Black and Caspian Freight Forum 2026: Corridors, Infrastructure, Investments' from September 7-9. This event will serve as an in-person networking platform for experts from the Black and Caspian Seas logistics market.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the forum will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku and will gather representatives from public institutions, international financial organizations, port and railway companies, transport and logistics sectors, investment circles, as well as business and expert associations. The event is co-organized by the 'RDL Group' and the 'CASPIA' center.

One of the primary topics at the forum will be the ongoing development of the Middle Corridor and its role in enhancing transport links across Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Trkiye, and Europe. Participants will explore future development opportunities and practical elements essential for its success, including infrastructure and network capacity, seamless multimodal transport coordination, investment requirements, and the digitalization of logistics supply chains.

The agenda will also cover discussions on emerging regional infrastructure projects, such as TRIPP (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity), examining their implications for regional connectivity. Further discussions will focus on attracting strategic investments in transport infrastructure, expanding multimodal transportation systems, increasing cargo volumes across the Caspian and Black Seas, advancing logistics digitalization, and exploring future growth prospects for international transport corridors.
