Baku: From May 5 to 8, the Baku Expo Center will host the 19th Azerbaijan International Agriculture Exhibition and Forum, known as Caspian Agro Week, alongside the 31st Azerbaijan International Food Industry Exhibition, InterFood Azerbaijan, and the 14th Caspian International Exhibition Everything for Hotels, Restaurants and Supermarkets, Horeca Caspian.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, these events are recognized as national brands and have become key annual gatherings for major players in the agricultural and food industries.
The exhibitions are supported by several governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Agriculture and the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as various business and international organizations. This year, 447 companies from 45 countries have confirmed participation, with nations like Germany, Belarus, and Brazil presenting their products through national groups. The event aims to foster networking, collaboration, and business dialogue among participants.
Significant updates include the rebranding of Caspian Agro to Caspian Agro Week starting in 2026 and the consolidation of InterFood Azerbaijan in a single pavilion, facilitating easier access to innovations in the food sector. The exhibitions will feature both indoor and outdoor displays, offering a comprehensive view of the latest in agricultural machinery and technologies.
A rich business program complements the exhibitions, featuring forums, discussions, and master classes. Noteworthy sessions include the III International Agrarian Innovation Forum and the 5th Agribusiness Development Forum. The exhibitions will also host the Gold Shah 2026 International Culinary Championship, attracting chefs from 18 countries.
For the first time, a Hosted Buyer program will be implemented, enhancing the business environment for international visitors. The exhibitions continue to promote the 'Made in Azerbaijan' brand, showcasing local production in the global market.
