Baku: 'Azercell Telecom' LLC has launched a new 'Refer a friend' feature in its mobile application, aimed at enriching the digital customer experience by offering rewards to users who invite new subscribers to join the app.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the feature enables current users to earn extra benefits by sharing their unique referral codes with potential new users. Once the invited user downloads the app, registers, and activates a service such as a new tariff plan or an existing package within 24 hours, both the referrer and the new user receive their respective rewards. The referring subscriber is awarded 3 AZN, while the new user is granted a monthly 5 GB internet pack.

Azercell plans to continue enhancing its mobile application, aiming to offer customers quicker, more convenient, and seamless access to its services, further improving the digital experience.
