Baku: Bank ABB has introduced the Fayda Max Subscription program, an innovative offering designed to provide customers with additional benefits. This new feature allows ABB mobile users to subscribe on a monthly basis to various stages of the Fayda Max program: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, customers can start by completing monthly tasks within the Fayda Max program. Upon reaching a certain stage, they can subscribe to a higher desired stage by paying the difference between their current stage and the stage they wish to access. For instance, if a customer has reached the Silver stage but wishes to enjoy the benefits of the Gold stage, they only need to pay 12 AZN to subscribe to the Gold stage.
If a customer has already reached the Gold stage by completing tasks but wants to subscribe to a lower stage, no subscription fee will be charged for the current month. The subscription model activates the selected stage for one month, allowing customers to use its benefits from the moment of payment until the end of the current month. The subscription is automatically renewed each month.
This initiative marks the first subscription-based loyalty system implemented in mobile banking in Azerbaijan. Its advantages include immediate access to rewards and benefits through a monthly fee, discounted subscription pricing when customers reach a stage by completing tasks, and the availability of three different packages for customers to choose from. The automatic renewal of the subscription also provides additional convenience for users.
Fayda Max is a loyalty program created for all users of the ABB mobile application. Customers who join Fayda Max and complete the tasks of any stage will receive rewards corresponding to the highest stage they achieved in the following month. More detailed information about the program can be found on the official platforms of Bank ABB.
