Baku: Igor Sergeyenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, expressed gratitude to the Government of Azerbaijan and President Ilham Aliyev for hosting the 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku. Sergeyenko described Baku as an ideal venue for the significant global dialogue taking place at the forum.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Sergeyenko highlighted that the theme of WUF13 is one of today's key global priorities. He stressed the importance of an integrated approach to urban planning, social infrastructure development, and maintaining ecological balance.

Sergeyenko extended his well-wishes to the forum and its participants, expressing confidence that the discussions in Baku would contribute to making cities safer and more inclusive, ultimately ensuring a prosperous future for future generations.
