Baku: On March 25, the price of “Bitcoin” decreased slightly on cryptocurrency exchanges. The world’s largest cryptocurrency, Bitcoin (BTC), saw a 0.42% decline in the last 24 hours, bringing its value to $86,734. Despite the decrease, Bitcoin continues to lead the market with a capitalization of 1.718 trillion USD.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, other prominent cryptocurrencies also experienced changes. Ethereum (ETH) dropped by 0.37%, reaching a value of $2,062. Within the top five cryptocurrencies, Tether fell by 0.01%, and XRP saw a decrease of 1.56%. However, BNB bucked the trend with a 3.35% increase.
It is notable that Bitcoin reached its highest recorded price on December 16 of the previous year, surpassing $108,000. The current fluctuations reflect the ongoing volatility in the cryptocurrency market.
