Baku: The ‘Azeri Central East’ (ACE) platform, situated in the ‘Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli’ (ACG) oil and gas-condensate field block, has shown its effectiveness, according to BP’s Vice President for the Caspian region, Bakhtiyar Aslanbeyli. He informed APA-Economics that the platform has met expectations with a steady increase in production.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the ACE platform’s performance has been pivotal in stabilizing production at the ACG field. Since commencing its first oil production in April of last year, the platform has produced 852 thousand tons of oil.

The ACE platform is recognized as one of the most technologically advanced platforms, incorporating digitalization to automate processes typically dependent on human labor. This innovation ensures safer and more efficient operations.
