“We hail the passage of the truck belonging to the Russian Red Cross Society, which provides humanitarian aid to the Armenians in Garabagh through the Aghdam-Khankandi road, the British ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld wrote on his X page, APA reports.

“As a next step, we support the ICRC delivering humanitarian aid to Garabagh using the Aghdam-Khankandi and Lachin road,” the diplomat stressed.
