Chad Explores Azerbaijani Public Service Model for Implementation

Baku: A delegation led by Tahir Hamid Nguilin, Chad's Minister of Finance, Budget, Economy, Planning and International Cooperation, visited the 'ASAN Khidmet' Center in Baku. Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided insights into the operations and initiatives of the 'ASAN Khidmet' centers, which were established by the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the delegation was introduced to various innovative solutions in the public service sector that 'ASAN Khidmet' has pioneered. The centers have not only gained traction locally but have also become an intellectual brand exported to over 30 countries. The Chadian delegation expressed a keen interest in adopting the 'ASAN Khidmet' model to enhance the delivery of public services in Chad.

In addition to the 'ASAN Khidmet' centers, the delegation explored other Azerbaijani innovations, including the 'INNOLAND' Incubation and Acceleration Center, Mobile ASAN Service, the 'ABAD' Public Legal Entity, and the 'Bilim Baku' center. These visits were aimed at understanding the comprehensive approach Azerbaijan has taken towards public service improvements, which Chad is considering implementing domestically.
