Khankendi: A chairperson has been appointed to the Khankendi City Court, APA reports. This appointment is part of a series of judicial appointments outlined in President Ilham Aliyev's Order concerning the leadership of various judicial bodies.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the order specifically addresses the appointment of chairpersons in Courts of Appeal, judicial panels, and first instance courts. As a result of this order, Tarlan Vagif oghlu Nusratov has been dismissed from his previous positions as judge and chairperson of the Jabrayil District Court. He has now been appointed as judge and chairperson of the Khankendi City Court.
