Baku:A celebration was held at the 'Tut Əlimdən' Children's Rehabilitation Center to mark the anniversary of a Historic Victory.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the event was graced by the presence of Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation; Arzu Aliyeva, Head of the Baku Media Center; Lu Mei, China’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan; and Bahar Muradova, Chairperson of Azerbaijan's State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, among other guests.

The celebration featured a lively festive program organized by the children, which included performances, handmade creative works, and heartfelt presentations that were warmly received by the attendees. Additionally, the ceremony included the presentation of equipment donated to the Center by China, aimed at enhancing the technical and material resources available and improving the facilities for the children's daily care.

The event underscored the state's commitment to providing an environment where every child feels heard, understood, loved, and safe, aligning with the fundamental priorities of the state's child policy and its dedication to fostering a healthy society.
