Baku: "China and Azerbaijan are comprehensive strategic partners," Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Lu Mei stated during an event commemorating the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, as reported by APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the ambassador emphasized the steady development of China-Azerbaijan relations under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both countries. He noted that cooperation across various sectors has been progressing steadily, contributing to the well-being of both nations. Military cooperation, he mentioned, is a crucial aspect of the bilateral strategic partnership. The Chinese military is prepared to enhance its exchanges and cooperation with the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, aiming to contribute further to the development of bilateral ties.
