Astara: The evacuation process for Chinese and Kazakh citizens from Iran through the Azerbaijan border is progressing steadily, as reported by APA's southern bureau. Recently, between 10:00 and 12:00, a group comprising 4 Azerbaijani citizens, 1 Kazakh citizen, and 1 Chinese citizen successfully crossed the Astara State Border Checkpoint.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the ongoing evacuation efforts have seen a significant number of individuals transported from the Islamic Republic of Iran to Azerbaijan. From 08:00 on February 28 to 08:00 on March 12, a total of 2,283 people have been evacuated, reflecting the concerted efforts of the authorities to facilitate safe passage for those affected.
