Baku: Chinese architect Liu Zhibin has expressed optimism about the impact of the 13th Session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (WUF13) on Baku. He believes the event will showcase Baku's organizational capabilities and achievements in urbanization and modernization, particularly highlighting the historic area of Icherisheher.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Liu Zhibin, who participated in WUF13, praised Icherisheher for its restoration and cleanliness. He noted the effective management of pedestrian and traffic movement in the area, considering it a commendable example not just for Central Asia, but globally as well.
