The operation, deemed "Iron Fist," was launched in response to provocations along the frontline, culminating in the restoration of territorial integrity to Azerbaijan after nearly three decades.

According to Trend News Agency, the nationwide address highlighted the strategic and operational successes of the Azerbaijani forces. President Aliyev detailed the liberation of numerous settlements including Hadrut, Chayli, Yukhari Guzlak, and several others. He expressed profound congratulations to the people of Azerbaijan and praised the army's superior performance on the battlefield. Aliyev noted the complete advantage in terms of logistics and combat readiness that Azerbaijani forces held, which allowed them to execute their operational plan effectively.
