The message, conveyed by Jack Gerard, First Counselor in the Europe Central Area Presidency, expressed gratitude for a meeting held in November, which included Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. The meeting was noted for the time and attention provided by the Azerbaijani leader.
