Baku: Kairat Sarybay, Secretary-General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA), arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Sarybay was welcomed by officials at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
