Baku: President of the Republic of Kenya William Samoei Ruto arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports. The visit marks a significant engagement as global leaders gather to discuss urban development.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ruto was welcomed at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijan's Minister of Defence Industry, Vugar Mustafayev, along with other officials.
