Abu dhabi: Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims' Office (CMO), is set to travel to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. This visit, scheduled for February 2, is at the invitation of Mohamed Abdelsalam, Secretary-General of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity Organization. The announcement was made by the CMO Press Service to APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during his visit, Chairman A. Pashazade will participate in the award ceremony for the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity for the year 2026. The event is organized by the UAE's Sheikh Zayed Foundation.
In addition to attending the ceremony, Sheikhulislam A. Pashazade will join a meeting in Abu Dhabi chaired by Muhammad Abdulsalam, who serves as the Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Elders. Sheikhulislam A. Pashazade is a member of the Muslim Council of Elders, which is led by Sheikh Ahmed Al-Tayyeb of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
The visit, which will last until February 5, includes plans for several bilateral meetings.
