Baku: Azerbaijan is gearing up for the upcoming World Urban Planning Forum set to take place in Baku next year. Ilgar Isbatov, Deputy Chairman of the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee, announced this at the “Baku Archifest 2025” architectural and urban planning festival held at ADA University.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Isbatov highlighted the rapid progress in urban planning and construction across Azerbaijan following the liberation of its occupied territories. He emphasized that significant reconstruction efforts are underway nationwide, particularly in the liberated regions. The State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee is playing a crucial role in these endeavors, actively contributing to the preparation of urban planning documents and master plans, as well as the implementation of various projects in cities, towns, and villages.
