In the appeal received from the International Committee of the Red Cross, it was asked to allow Vladimir Balayan, born in 2022 and his parents to pass from Khankendi to Armenia accompanied by committee staff on December 24, at 09:00 in connection with his sickness via passenger cars belonging to the committee and to come back on the same day in the same composition to Khankendi, APA reports.

It was noted in the appeal that while retuning back, drugs and medical supplies for the Khankendi hospital will be transported in the trunk of the cars.
