Baku: In January-September 2025, Azerbaijan’s consolidated budget revenues amounted to 35.86 billion manats, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this figure is 3.4% lower compared to the same period in 2024. During the same period, consolidated budget expenditures totaled 29.03 billion manats, which is 2% higher than in the corresponding period of last year.

As a result, the consolidated budget surplus decreased by 21% over the year, amounting to 6.838 billion manats.
