Baku: A contingent of the State Security Service’s “Qartal” special forces participated in the military parade held to mark the fifth anniversary of the Victory in the Patriotic War.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the parade contingent of the “Qartal” special forces was led by Major General Jabir Jafarov, who is a holder of the “Karabakh” Order. The event highlighted the role of the “Qartal” special forces in commemorating the significant milestone.
