Istanbul: Within the framework of the Organization of the Turkic States (OTS), cooperation in the defense industry is becoming more institutionalized, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Trkiye Hakan Fidan said in an interview with the Anadolu Agency, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Hakan Fidan highlighted that Trkiye provides the necessary support in this field to the countries that are members of the organization bilaterally. He stated, “Turkic states are aware of the defense capabilities developed by Trkiye and make use of them.”

The minister’s comments underscore the growing collaboration among member states of the OTS in the defense sector. This institutionalization is expected to enhance the collective defense capabilities and address common security challenges faced by the member countries.
