The Baku Stock Exchange held an auction on placement of “CPM Invest”s shares (ISIN code AZ1001023204) with interest, unsecured, ordinary, registered, undocumented shares for AZN 400,000.

The report says that the subscription was for 400 shares with face value from AZN 1,000. One investor in securities submitted 1 order for AZN 400,000. Thus, the placement took place in full. It means that the registered capital of the investment company doubled from AZN 400,000 to AZN 800,000
