An auction for placement of ordinary, registered, book-entry shares of “Kapitalbank” with ISIN code IRIN1003005159 for AZN 290 million was held at the Baku Stock Exchange.

The report says that the subscription was for 1,614,205 shares at par value of AZN 12.39. 63 investors submitted 66 orders for securities worth AZN 20 million. Thus, the placement has taken place in full. It means that the share capital of the bank grew by 8.1% from AZN 245.85 million to AZN 265.85 million
