Baku: The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Andrej Babi‚¬¦¡, announced that the semi-state company, CEZ, plans to purchase natural gas from Azerbaijan. This announcement was made during a press statement with Azerbaijan's President, Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Prime Minister Babi‚¬¦¡ highlighted that Azerbaijan is gradually increasing its gas production. He expressed interest in signing a long-term contract with Azerbaijan for gas supply, mentioning that the head of CEZ was present during the discussions.
