Davit Manukyan Claims Weapons Found in Khankendi Apartment Are Legally Registered


Baku: During a court session at the Baku Military Court, Davit Manukyan, a former major-general of the Armenian Armed Forces, addressed the discovery of weapons in his Khankendi apartment.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Manukyan testified that the two weapons found-a pistol and a rifled hunting rifle-are legally registered with the Armenian Police Department. This declaration came during his free testimony in court on March 6.



The trial involves examining alleged crimes committed by Armenian citizens related to Armenia’s military actions. These include accusations of crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, and violations of the laws and customs of war. The proceedings are set to continue on March 10.
