Baku: An event titled 'Strengthening Health Outcomes Through Sustainable Housing Policies a Multisectoral Dialogue on Housing and Health' was organized as part of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13). As part of the 'ONE UN' event, multiple UN agencies came together to address the intersection of housing policy, social inclusion, sustainability, and climate resilience, focusing on their impact on health in urban environments.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the session emphasized transforming these themes into coordinated 'ONE UN' solutions to strengthen health outcomes through sustainable housing policies. Housing is intricately linked to human and ecosystem health, influencing living conditions and broader factors such as accessibility, climate resilience, and ecological well-being. These factors have cascading effects on education, economic productivity, and more.
