Nakhchivan: A passenger aircraft that took off from Baku at 18:00 today has landed in Nakhchivan, marking the resumption of flights at the airport, APA's Nakhchivan bureau reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has resumed direct flights from Baku to Nakhchivan starting from March 9, 2026. The AZAL's Press Service informed APA that the airline will operate a planned flight schedule for the Baku-Nakhchivan-Baku route on this date.

It was noted that starting from March 10, 2026, flights to the Nakhchivan direction will continue to be carried out in regular mode. AZAL is actively monitoring the current situation and is taking necessary measures to ensure flight safety. Passengers will be informed promptly about any changes in the flight schedule.
