Baku: Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik, Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), has addressed a letter of congratulation to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day, as reported by APA.
