Manchester: J©r©my Doku has signed a new five-year contract with Manchester City, with the deal extending his stay at the Etihad through to the summer of 2031, according to the official website of the club.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Doku joined City from French club Stade Rennais in the summer of 2023. The Belgian winger has since established himself as a talented wide player in the Premier League. Known for his pace, dribbling skills, and goal-scoring ability, Doku has become a key component in the City squad.

To date, the 24-year-old has made 131 appearances for the club, contributing 22 goals. His adaptability on the field has seen him play on the right flank and more centrally, in addition to his preferred left wing position. Doku's efforts have helped City secure five major trophies, including the Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, and Community Shield.

Internationally, Doku is a significant player for Belgium, having earned 48 caps and helped the team reach the quarter-finals of the 2026 World Cup. After signing his new deal, Doku expressed his excitement and motivation to continue contributing to City's success under manager Enzo Maresca.
