Baku: Azerbaijan is a modern and developing nation characterized by a culture of mutual respect, patience, and tolerance, David Espinel, a participant of the 17th International Multiculturalism Winter School, told AZERTAC.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Espinel, a student from Ecuador, hailed Azerbaijan's hospitality, as well as the sincerity of its people, noting that these qualities leave pleasant impressions on international visitors.

The Ecuadorian student also praised Azerbaijan's national dishes and rich culinary traditions that serve as a significant cultural asset.

Espinel emphasized that Azerbaijan's core values and its strategic approach to multiculturalism are increasingly recognized as a positive model on the global stage.
