Baku: President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Ramadan holiday.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter was sent as the month of Ramadan concluded, marking the celebration of Eid al-Fitr by Muslims around the world.

The letter from President El-Sisi extends his sincerest greetings to President Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan. It includes a prayer to Allah for the acceptance of fasting, prayers, and good deeds, wishing for blessings in the pursuit of a brighter and more secure future for the Muslim community.

President El-Sisi also expressed his hope for continued health and happiness for President Aliyev and emphasized the progress and prosperity of the friendly relations between Egypt and Azerbaijan. The letter concludes with the traditional greeting of “Eid Mubarak.”
