Baku: Emin Agalarov, President of Agalarov Development, highlighted the significance of Sea Breeze as a leading example of modern urban development during the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku. The event is considered one of the most important international gatherings for Azerbaijan since COP29, attracting tens of thousands of participants, including heads of state, representatives of international organizations, and urban experts.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the forum serves as a crucial platform for showcasing contemporary approaches to urban development and sustainable urban environments. Agalarov emphasized Sea Breeze's role as a prime example of creating new, environmentally friendly, and comfortable urban areas.

He also pointed out the strong interest of forum participants in the 'Sea Breeze' Pavilion, underscoring its prominence in discussions on modern urban development.
