Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has signed the protocol on Finland’s accession to NATO, APA reports.

The protocol was submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.

Türkiye said “yes” to Finland’s membership in NATO, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the joint press conference with Finnish counterpart, APA reports.

Erdogan noted that a procedure would be started in the country’s parliament in this regard.
