Adama: Additional MESOB One-Stop State Service centers modeled after Azerbaijan's ASAN Khidmet were inaugurated in Ethiopia. Mahammadali Khudaverdiyev, head of the International Relations Department of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, participated in the ceremony held in Adama. The event was also attended by Mekuria Hayle, Commissioner of the Federal Civil Service Commission, Awelu Abdi, Vice President of the Oromia Regional State, and other officials.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, these new centers offer over 130 services to the public, provided by both public institutions and private organizations. The facilities include service desks, information points, waiting rooms, self-service stations, and a children's corner, aiming to streamline and enhance the delivery of public services.

Currently, Ethiopia operates 36 service centers based on the ASAN Khidmet model, with plans to expand to more than 200 centers by the end of the year. This initiative follows a Memorandum of Understanding signed in May 2024 between the State Agency and the relevant Ethiopian institution to implement the ASAN Khidmet model in the country.
