Baku: Kaja Kallas, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, has arrived in Azerbaijan, APA reports, citing the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan. Kallas emphasized Azerbaijan's role as a valued and reliable energy partner for the European Union during her visit to Baku.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Kallas highlighted the potential to deepen cooperation between the EU and Azerbaijan, particularly in the areas of trade, transport, and digital technologies. She also stressed the importance of maintaining an open and candid dialogue on human rights as an integral part of the EU's engagement with Azerbaijan.
