Yerevan: The participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in the European Political Community summit in Yerevan signals the emergence of a new atmosphere between Armenia and Azerbaijan, European Council President Ant³nio Costa stated at a joint briefing. The briefing included Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, following the Armenia-EU summit.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Costa emphasized the European Union's ongoing commitment to supporting peace and normalization in the region. He remarked that a stable and prosperous South Caucasus is essential for Armenia's future. The EU's support is seen as crucial in fostering these regional processes.
