Muscat: A new evacuation flight has been carried out from Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman, to Baku to facilitate the return of Azerbaijani citizens who remained in the United Arab Emirates, APA-Economics reports. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the 'Boeing 787 Dreamliner' aircraft operating on the Muscat-Baku route of AZAL landed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport at 13:25 Baku time. The successful landing marked the end of the journey for nearly 200 Azerbaijani citizens who were able to return to their homeland.
The evacuation effort highlights ongoing international cooperation and logistical efforts to assist citizens stranded abroad. The operation underscores the commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of Azerbaijani nationals.
