Expert Urges Kyrgyzstan to Reevaluate Relationship with Azerbaijan

Baku: Kyrgyzstan should rediscover Azerbaijan for itself, Temirlan Razbaev, adviser on a voluntary basis to the Director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies (NISS) under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and expert at the Department of Analytics and Coordination, told APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Razbaev emphasized the longstanding brotherly relations between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan. He noted that while these relations were not as strong following the countries' independence, a renewed integration process has begun. This process has revealed common strategic interests across Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan. Razbaev highlighted that Kyrgyzstan should view Azerbaijan as a valuable tourism destination, an innovation hub, and a partnership hub. He expressed optimism, stating that this is just the beginning, and more programs related to joint activities are expected to be adopted in the future.
