Baku: The inaugural D-8 Ministerial Meeting on Energy is set to begin on the first day of the Baku Energy Forum, announced Amil Hasanov, Head of the Department of Public Relations and Digital Management at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Hasanov made this announcement during a press conference dedicated to the Baku Energy Week and the "TransLogistica Caspian" - 23rd Caspian International Transport, Transit, and Logistics Exhibition.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, this year's Baku Energy Forum will have its opening on June 1 at the Baku Expo Center, marking a departure from previous years. Following the opening ceremony, participants will move to the Baku Congress Center, where the main discussions will take place.
The forum is set to feature an extensive agenda. The event will host high-level meetings, project presentations, special sessions, and side forums. The discussions will cover a broad range of topics, addressing the current challenges and opportunities within the energy sector, as noted by Hasanov.
