Baku: The body designated by the relevant executive authority will determine the rules for the use of airspace and flight operations of ultralight aircraft, APA reports. This decision is part of the recent amendments to the Law on Aviation.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, these amendments were approved by President Ilham Aliyev. The changes aim to enhance the regulation of ultralight aircraft, ensuring that their flight operations are conducted safely and in accordance with established aviation standards.
