The foreign diplomats were welcomed at Karabakh University by Rector Shahin Bayramov.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Rector Shahin Bayramov provided the guests with detailed information about the university's activities, educational programs, student enrollment numbers, and the conditions established for their academic pursuits. The educational process at Karabakh University is currently in its third year. Initially, the university had over 1,000 students in its first year. This number increased to over 2,000 in the second year, and this year, student enrollment is expected to approach 3,000.

The rector highlighted the university's commitment to providing free education and necessary accommodations for its students, including dormitories and apartments. The university implements modern educational programs and develops contemporary infrastructure to ensure a quality education environment.

Bayramov also discussed future development plans for Karabakh University. Efforts are ongoing to expand the university's educational and infrastructure capacities, with new buildings under construction. A new building dedicated to the economics department has already been completed and is operational, with plans for additional buildings on the university campus in the coming years.

During their visit, the foreign diplomats toured the educational infrastructure at Karabakh University and received insights into the conditions provided for students and the university's prospective development initiatives.
