Baku: Azerbaijan and Trkiye are fraternal countries, enjoying exceptional relations. The personal relations of our presidents also play a central role in the relations between the two countries, said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as he addressed the press conference on the outcomes of 2025.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, no country has supported Azerbaijan as much as Trkiye did during and after the Patriotic War. The Foreign Minister described this support as a key component of the positive coordination between the two countries.

'Trkiye's position is that relations with Armenia are conducted in coordination with Azerbaijan. For instance, we had contacts with Trkiye before the decision to resume flights between Armenia and Trkiye and we are aware of this,' the minister emphasized.
